While we always aim for everything to go smoothly, here’s how we handle returns, warranties, and product issues if they come up.

Can I return my order?

We know plans can change, but please note:

Because our actuators are built to order, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been processed or shipped.

Each product is carefully assembled to match your specifications — from lengths and mounts to motor configurations — so it can’t simply be resold to another customer.

For this reason, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us before placing an order if you’re unsure about any part of your setup. We’re always happy to help!

What if something’s wrong with my order?

If your order arrives with damage or there’s an issue with a product, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery.

We may ask for:

• A quick description of the issue
• Photos or a short video
• Your order number or invoice

We’ll work with you to find the best solution — whether that’s troubleshooting, sending a replacement part, or arranging a return (in special cases).

Warranty Info

All Mechatronica actuators and hardware come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults or defects under normal use.

The warranty doesn’t cover:

• Wear and tear (e.g. bearings, belts, couplings)
• Damage from incorrect use, installation, or modification
• Products that have been disassembled or altered

If you believe there’s a fault, please reach out and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Important Notes

All products returned (if eligible) must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been installed, cut, drilled, or otherwise modified.

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
